Specializing in a variety of oysters from the Mid and Northern Atlantic along with the West Coast and occasionally an international treat, Pearl Dive Oyster Palace takes oyster preparation seriously. Along with our featured Raw oysters we have many hot oyster options as well like our signature Tchoupitoulas consisting of our house Tasso Ham and Blue Crab with a Poached Oyster and Cayenne Hollandaise. Utilizing our prized Wood Grill other appetizer options include Blackened Shrimp, Wood-Grilled Oysters with Chile-Butter and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables with Burrata. Beyond oysters house specialties have a decidedly Cajun flair with Gumbos, Po’ boys, and Blackened Local Catfish along side other composed dishes like our Steak Frites or Fried Chicken.
